Mar-Jac Poultry’s primary focus is on the foodservice industry and we raise live birds that yield 3.25 to 4 pounds once dressed. Our birds are typically sized in 4 oz. increments. We offer the standard array of foodservice cuts, including Wogs, 8 pc., 9 pc., Quarters and Splits. We also provide various specialty items to fill your every need such as Breast Quarters, Split Breast, Thighs, Drumsticks, Wings, Livers, and Gizzards to name a few. Our products can be marinated or non-marinated as well. Additionally, we export our products to numerous countries throughout the world.
Mar-Jac Poultry offers various packaging options. Whether it’s Controlled Vacuum Packaging (CVP), CO2, ice packed, or something else, we cater to our customers preferences. We use an 8-sided waxed box that is among the strongest in the industry. Inside you will find thick 4-mil. high-density heat sealed bags to prevent leakage. To accommodate customers ranging from the individual establishment through high volume chain accounts, we offer 20, 40, and 70 pound master containers. For fresh CVP products, slaughter dates are clearly marked on our label showing the start of our 14-day shelf life. Additionally, our products can be labeled Mar-Jac Poultry or privately labeled.
